Este plato lleva arroz, papas blancas y abundante ahogado, en el cual está la de carne que son parte de las patas de la res, arvejas que son cocidas con ají colorado molido dentro del ahogado.
Ingredientes
- 3/4 Kg. pata de vaca cocida
- 1 taza de arroz
- 3 papas
- 3 ½ cebollas grandes
- 1/4 taza de arvejas
- 1 cucharilla de orégano desmenuzado
- 1 cucharilla de perejil finamente picado
- 1 diente de ajo
- Sal
- Aceite
- 4 vainas de ají amarillo lavadas y despepitadas para moler
- 1 cucharilla rasa de pimienta molida
- ½ cucharilla de comino recién molido
- 3 dientes de ajo recién molidos
Preparación:
Lavar muy bien la pata y cortar en dados pequeños si gusta puede preparar con el hueso más. Reservar.
Para el ahogado picar las tres cebollas en dados finos y en una sartén con aceite caliente saltear; una vez transparente la cebolla, añadir las arvejas, los condimentos molidos y vertir dos cucharones de caldo o agua hervida, las papas cortadas en dados, sal al gusto y terminar su cocimiento.
Una vez que la papa y la arveja se encuentren a medio cocer, agregar la pata cocida pare que tome sabor. Retirar una vez que los ingredientes estén cocidos.
El arroz graneado, lavar y en sartén caliente sin aceite retostar constantemente hasta que se seque, añadir un diente de ajo finamente picado y seguir removiendo; cuando este casi dorado, agregar la mitad de la cebolla raspada, remover y una vez dorado el arroz, incorporar a una olla, dos tazas de agua caliente, sal al gusto y dejar cocer a fuego fuerte; cuando el agua se vaya consumiendo, disminuir a fuego lento, de inmediato aumentar de poco en poco agua fría lo necesario y terminar su cocimiento con el vapor.
Servir el ají de pata acompañado con arroz graneado o chuño

@SeanPLynch Yeah I was also thinking about that, the drone threat can be mostly protected against with drone nets, but those missiles are the real issue, wondering if patriots defending just this line would be able to take them down, if the drones didn't swarm them.

If Iran can strike Israel with missiles, then this canal will do nothing to open the strait. You'd be better off building rail lines on land through Iraq or Saudi Arabia. The rails are easier to repair after missile attacks.
However, if they tell investors that they'll use AI to secure it, they'll be able to raise $3 or $4 Trillion in a couple of weeks!
Likely pipelines would be the preferred short/mid-term solution.
