INGREDIENTES
- 3 Kg. de carne de cordero,
- 3 Kg. de carne de res,
- 5 Kg. de choclos desgranados y molidos,
- 1/2 arroba de papas blancas o arenosas,
- 1/2 arroba de habas verdes,
- 500 grs. de huacataya molido,
- 500 grs. de ají colorado, un poco de culantro molido, ajos, pimienta, sal al gusto, aceite.
PREPARACIÓN
Para las humintas: Mezclar los choclos desgranados y molidos, con azúcar y un poquito de sal, anís molido, leche, polvo de hornear, esencia de vainilla y el jugo de los choclos molidos. Mover hasta que tomen consistencia espesa, agregar pasas y envolverlas con las hojas de los choclos. Sazonar la carne de cordero y res un día anterior, con huacataya, ajo, pimienta y comino, sal, vinagre, cerveza negra un poco de culantro y aceite. La carne de chancho macerarla en salsa roja con ají colorado, y demás condimentos iguales a los primeros. Lavar las papas y tener listas las habas verdes. En un horno hecho en la tierra de aprox. 1/2 m de profundidad por 1/2 m de radio calentar las piedras que cubre el horno (se ponen unos fierros para que no caigan las piedras al horno), con leña seca aproximadamente 1 hora se retira la ceniza y se procede a echar los ingredientes en el siguiente orden:
Un poco de piedras al fondo y las papas.- Otro poco de piedras y las carnes.
Un poco más de piedras y las humintas.
Hierbas aromáticas al final como tapando y las habas verdes. Tapar con las hierbas, sacos y plásticos dobles para su cocción. Al final tapar con tierra cuidando que no penetre al horno. Cocinar aproximadamente de 45 min. a 1 hora depende de como calentó las piedras. Si queremos saber si ya coció destapar un poco y probar las habas. Si están cocidas ya está la pachamanca.

(Del quechua pacha, «tierra» y manka, «olla»; «olla de tierra» ) es un plato típico del Perú basado en la cocción, al calor de piedras pre calentadas, de carnes de cordero, cerdo, pollo y cuy previamente llevados a maceración con especias.
En esta cocción se incluyen productos originales andinos adicionales, como papas, camote y eventualmente yuca.
La forma más estupenda de servir y comer la pachamanca es en una mesa grande o en el suelo, donde se tiende unas mantas. Las papas, las habas, los camotes, las humintas se tiende a lo largo de la mesa, de donde todos los invitados pueden coger y comer a su gusto sin limitaciones. @SeanPLynch Yeah I was also thinking about that, the drone threat can be mostly protected against with drone nets, but those missiles are the real issue, wondering if patriots defending just this line would be able to take them down, if the drones didn't swarm them.

If Iran can strike Israel with missiles, then this canal will do nothing to open the strait. You'd be better off building rail lines on land through Iraq or Saudi Arabia. The rails are easier to repair after missile attacks.
However, if they tell investors that they'll use AI to secure it, they'll be able to raise $3 or $4 Trillion in a couple of weeks!
Likely pipelines would be the preferred short/mid-term solution.
