Ingredientes
- 1/2 kilo habas secas
- 6 u 8 tazas de agua más o menos
- 3 cucharillas sal o al gusto.
Preparacion
- Primero tostar las habas, en olla de barro a fuego fuerte mezclando continuamente, para que se tueste parejo, o al horno. Poner el agua en una olla a fuego fuerte y en cuanto empiece a hervir agregar las habas tostadas todavía calientes, dejando cocer; después de los primeros quince minutos, poner a fuego suave, sin que deje de hervir, por unas dos horas o más, hasta que revienten.
- Cuando se hace sin tostar, deben remojarse noche antes. También se puede hacer en olla de presión en menos tiempo.

If Iran can strike Israel with missiles, then this canal will do nothing to open the strait. You'd be better off building rail lines on land through Iraq or Saudi Arabia. The rails are easier to repair after missile attacks.
