Ingredientes:
- 1 libra de ancas de rana
- ½ taza de jugo limón
- Sal
- 1 huevo
- Perejil picado
- 1 cuchara de harina
- Aceite
Preparación
- Lavamos bien las ancas de rana. Las salpimentamos y las dejamos marinar con zumo de limón 5 minutos. Sacamos del marinado, y las pasamos por harina y huevo batido con perejil.
- Freímos en el aceite muy caliente. Una vez fritas sacamos las ancas a un plato con papel de cocina para que elimine el exceso de grasa de la fritura. Servimos calientes. Podemos acompañarlas con papa, y una sarza o ensalada de lechuga
